Charlotteville, Tobago – The vibrant community of Charlotteville held its annual Natural Treasures Day yesterday, Monday, July 15th, making a highly anticipated return to the Tobago Heritage Festival calendar.
The festivities successfully brought traditions of yesteryear to life through a series of engaging and educational reenactments. Attendees experienced historical activities such as washing the dead bed, participating in the lively dancing the cocoa, and juicing sugar cane at the famous batty mill. This staple event continues to showcase and preserve Tobago’s rich cultural heritage.
