Scarborough, Tobago – Ann Natasha Second, Technical Advisor in the Division of Education, Research and Technology, recently stressed the challenges the education system is currently facing and the factors that contribute to them.
She was speaking during the Division of Education’s Secretary Stakeholders Brunch. Her remarks brought to light critical issues such as resource limitations, student performance gaps, and administrative hurdles that require attention to improve the quality of education on the island.
