Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago – Despite public concerns about its service on the airbridge between Tobago and Trinidad, Caribbean Airlines has once again earned the prestigious APEX Four Star Major Airline rating for 2024. This marks the second consecutive year the airline has received this honor, which is based on independent passenger feedback.
The APEX awards are unique because they rely on ratings from nearly one million flights across 600 airlines worldwide. Only 8% of airlines achieved the Four-Star rating. CEO Garvin Medera expressed gratitude for the recognition, stating that the award reflects the airline’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. He also credited the airline’s employees and industry partners for their continued support. Caribbean Airlines remains focused on enhancing its service across its extensive regional network.
