Caribbean airlines wins APEX four-star rating for second year.
Despite public concerns about its service on the airbridge between Tobago and Trinidad, Caribbean Airlines has once again earned the prestigious APEX Four Star Major Airline rating for 2024. This marks the second consecutive year the airline has received this honour, based solely on independent passenger feedback. The APEX awards are unique, relying on ratings from nearly one million flights across 600 airlines worldwide. Only 8% of airlines achieved the Four-Star rating. CEO Garvin Medera expressed gratitude for the recognition, noting that the award reflects the airline’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. He also credited the airline’s employees and industry partners for their continued support. Medera added that Caribbean Airlines remains focused on enhancing service across its extensive regional network and providing a travel experience that embodies the Caribbean’s warmth and vibrancy.
