With the Tobago Rhythm and Blues Festival mere weeks away, the Tobago Festivals Commission has announced that major headliner Buju Banton will no longer be performing at the event. Speaking at a press conference earlier today, the CEO of the Commission, Kern Cowan, shared the reason why Buju cancelled and revealed that another reggae artist has been booked.
