Better lighting can minimize fatalities

IDA political leader Dr. Denise Tsoiafatt-Angus is urging the installation of better lighting along the Claude Noel Highway to prevent road fatalities. Her call comes just days after 24-year-old Rolisa Cooke was struck and killed by a vehicle while crossing the highway near Agostini Insurance Brokers in Lowlands. Dr. Tsoiafatt-Angus highlighted that this tragic incident is one of several similar fatalities in recent years.
