The THA has a problem with workers refusing to do their jobs, according to Wane Clarke, Assistant Secretary in the Division of Community Development, Youth Development, and Sport. He hopes the 40 youths enrolled in the Division’s IMPACT programme can help change the unproductive work culture affecting departments. Clarke shared his concerns during the programme’s launch on Thursday.
