Trinidad and Tobago – June 27, 2024 – Amended property-tax assessment notices are currently being sent out by Trinidad and Tobago’s Ministry of Finance’s Inland Revenue Division (IRD), according to a notice issued on June 25th, 2024.
The Ministry’s website advises the public to disregard any previous property-tax notices dated before March 6th, 2024, as these are now null and void. This update aims to ensure clarity and accuracy for property owners regarding their tax obligations in Trinidad and Tobago.
