Manta Lodge Hotel and dive centre opens for business in Speyside.
Speyside, Tobago – After a decade of renovations costing over $29.3 million, the Manta Lodge Hotel and Dive Centre is now officially open for business. The hotel is branded under the Choice Hotel chain as part of the Ascend Hotel Collection.
Despite the Choice Hotel branding, the facility is being managed by the Eco-Industrial Development Company of Tobago Limited (E-IDCOT). Chief Secretary Farley Augustine provided a clear explanation for this decision and the reasons behind the lengthy timeline for the hotel’s opening.
