Assemblyman Joel Sampson receives his instrument of appointment as secretary.
Scarborough, Tobago – In a recent Tobago House of Assembly (THA) reshuffle, Assemblyman Joel Sampson has been appointed the new Secretary of the Division of Community Development, Youth Development and Sport.
Sampson, who previously served as the Assistant Secretary in the Division of Infrastructure, Quarries and Urban Development, now takes on a new leadership role. This change is part of the THA’s broader restructuring efforts to realign administrative duties and improve service delivery in key sectors for Tobago’s residents.
