Ministry of Health reports a 5th death due to Dengue fever.
The Ministry of Health has reported another death from dengue fever, bringing the total to five. This was confirmed by Minister of Health, Terrance Deyalsingh. As of July 24th, there are 450 laboratory-confirmed cases and five deaths. Only 1 case has been reported in Tobago so far. Deyalsingh stressed that state agencies are working collaboratively to reduce the mosquito population. He urged the public to clear any sources of standing water to prevent mosquito breeding.
