1st celebration for Reginald Dumas’s life scheduled March 15th at Merci Buccoo
Buccoo, Tobago – The first celebration honoring the life of former Head of the Public Service, Reginald Dumas, was scheduled to occur at Merci Buccoo, Tobago, on March 15th, from 5-8 pm.
Dumas, 88, passed away on March 7th at Scarborough General Hospital following surgery for a gastro-intestinal condition. His daughter, Sonja Dumas, expressed profound gratitude for the support received during this time. Attendees at this inaugural event had the opportunity to share brief tributes in his honor, commemorating his impactful career and contributions.
Another celebration was planned in Trinidad later in the week, with details for his funeral arrangements pending announcement.
