The 21st National Youth Parliament of Trinidad and Tobago, held yesterday at the Red House, featured a dynamic debate on the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education. AI, which enables machines to simulate human intelligence, is rapidly changing various sectors, including the classroom. Youth representatives from Tobago discussed its potential benefits in enhancing learning while also raising concerns about digital literacy, job displacement, and the impact on critical thinking.
