WASA Honours Ten Longstanding Tobago Customers for Over 60 Years of Loyalty
August 21, 2025 – Following a customer appreciation event in Trinidad earlier this week, the Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) brought its celebration to Tobago, honouring ten loyal customers at a ceremony held in Lowlands on Wednesday.
The recipients, all over the age of 60, were recognised for their enduring relationship with the utility—some spanning more than six decades. Public Utilities Minister Clyde Elder commended the honourees for their commitment and reflected on the strides made in providing reliable water access to households across the island.
WASA representatives noted that the appreciation ceremonies are part of a broader initiative aimed at deepening community engagement and reassuring customers of the Authority’s ongoing efforts to enhance water service delivery.
