The Ministry of Health recalls Potassium Chloride capsules.
The Ministry of Health is recalling 114 batches of potassium chloride extended-release capsules. This recall was issued by Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Inc. due to failed dissolution. These capsules are for the treatment of patients with low potassium.
