Traffic restrictions for Tobago Carnival
The public is warned of traffic restrictions in and around Scarborough during Tobago carnival.
The public is being warned that traffic restrictions will be in place for the Tobago Carnival in and around Scarborough. Speaking at a press conference, Sergeant Kirk explained that since most carnival activities are centred in Scarborough, access to the town will be restricted to vehicles with passes only. Starting at 3 AM on Saturday, traffic from the west along the Claude Noel Highway will be diverted at the Orange Hill traffic lights.
