Tobago’s Pride: Hochoy Charles Receives Nation’s Highest Honour
September 25, 2025- As Trinidad and Tobago marked its 49th Republic Day yesterday, Hochoy Charles was posthumously awarded the nation’s highest accolade, the Order of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago (ORTT).
