The inaugural regatta hosted by the newly elected Tobago Boat Racing Association drew a large crowd to Rockley Bay. Excitement filled the air as jet skis and pirogues competed for various cash prizes. In the zesser class, Mini Me secured victory in the 3-lap event, while Lil Ants triumphed in the Zesser Outlaws class, defeating Extreme Autos and Driver.
In the pirogue 60-90 mph category, Anthrax dominated, winning both the 3-lap race and the sprint. Additional winners included Hakai Shin, Armed and Dangerous, and Driver. Association President Kelvon Charles hailed the event as a great success and promised more attractions for next year.
