Autopsy results for Tobago resident Sarah Smith and her children, Phoenix and Genuine, confirmed that their cause of death was blunt-force trauma. Investigators in Tobago are currently examining whether the trauma was due to an accidental fall or if it was intentionally inflicted. Until this is determined, their deaths remain unclassified, according to media reports. Smith and her children were found on September 10 inside an unused WASA tank in Parlatuvier, following reports that they had gone missing several days earlier. Originally from Trinidad, Smith had relocated to Tobago in pursuit of a better life.
