Scarborough, Tobago – October 21, 2024 – A collaborative effort of the Division of Tourism, Culture, Antiquities and Transportation, the Tobago Festivals Commission, and the Division of Finance, Trade and the Economy led to the distribution of cheques to a number of stakeholders of the Tobago October Carnival. This initiative ensures that the various groups involved in the carnival receive their necessary funding in a timely manner. The distribution of funds is a crucial step in the final preparations for the highly anticipated carnival weekend.
