Scarborough, Tobago – April 24, 2024 – A Tobago delegation is currently attending the Caribbean Travel Organization’s (CTO) Sustainable Tourism Conference (STC) in St. George’s, Grenada. The conference, scheduled from April 22nd to Wednesday, April 24th, is renowned for fostering high-level networking and regional dialogue on sustainable tourism and development.
The five-member delegation from Tobago is being led by Tourism Secretary Tashia Burris. It also includes representatives from the Division of Tourism, Culture, Antiquities, and Transportation, as well as members from the Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce. Their participation underscores Tobago’s commitment to advancing sustainable tourism practices and strengthening its presence in the regional tourism landscape.
