Three women die in car crash in Tobago
Scarborough, Tobago – October 21, 2024 – Two Tobagonian women and one from Trinidad died in a tragic car accident on Saturday. According to reports, Aliyah Williams, 20, and Makeda Fraser, 23, were occupants of a White Nissan Latio, which was driven by Dejorn Dookie. Patrice Judy Web, 38, originally from Trinidad, was a passenger in a Mitsubishi Lancer, driven by Kino Kerr.
Early Saturday morning, the two vehicles collided near the Le Grand Courland Resort on Shirvan Road. Aliyah Williams, Makeda Fraser, and Patrice Judy Web subsequently died. The other occupants, all male, were taken to the hospital for treatment. The incident has left the Tobago community in mourning and prompted urgent calls for road safety.
