Scarborough, Tobago – In a significant move to enhance the quality of service in the tourism sector, the Tobago Tourism Agency Limited (TTAL), in collaboration with the Trinidad and Tobago Bureau of Standards (TTBS), has reintroduced the Trinidad and Tobago Tourism Industry Certificate Programme.
Speaking about the initiative, Director of Communications and Marketing Jason Antoine, TTBS Executive Jose Edwardo Trejo, and TTAL Interim CEO Phillip Robinson highlighted the immense benefits to be gained by the tourism industry. This program is designed to elevate standards, improve service delivery, and build a more professional and resilient workforce for Tobago’s tourism sector.
