Scarborough, Tobago – August 1, 2024 – The Tobago Heritage Festival Calypso Monarch 2024 saw Garvé Sandy reign victorious once again, successfully defending the title she won in the previous year. Her win highlighted a thrilling display of talent and powerful messages from all competitors.
