Scarborough, Tobago – August 7th, 2025 – The A.R.R.O.W. Literacy and Social Intervention Programme was officially launched today at the Division of Education, Research and Technology.
This initiative is a collaboration between the Division of Education, Research and Technology, the A.R.R.O.W. Foundation, the Fernandes Trust, and the Division of Community Development, Youth Development and Sport. Two primary schools have been chosen to serve as pilot schools for the programme, which aims to enhance literacy and provide social support to students.
