SPEL must comply with the law

Former D.I.Q.E. secretary Kwesi Des Vignes says S.P.E.L. must comply with the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.

According to former Secretary of Infrastructure, Quarries, and the Environment Kwesi Des Vignes, Studley Park Enterprises Limited (SPEL) ‘s current challenges in acquiring necessary licenses and permits are not new. He explained that during his tenure, they needed to pay royalties before being granted permits.
