Scarborough, Tobago – October 23, 2024 – The Tobago October Carnival season is set to intensify with the finals of the Tobago Soca Titans competition scheduled for tonight. Ten finalists will compete for the grand prize of $75,000. The competition begins at 7:00 PM at the Market Square Car Park, and admission is free.
