Scarborough, Tobago – The highly anticipated Panorama 2024 festivities officially commenced in Tobago, with the small conventional steel band preliminary judging beginning on [Insert Date if Known, otherwise imply “that night” or “recently”]. T&TEC New Eastside Dimension led the charge, performing their rendition of “Toco Band” by Lord Kitchener, arranged by Kersh Ramsey, at the Belle Garden judging point. Following them, First Citizen Tobago Panthers showcased their talent at Golden Lane. Plymouth/Bethesda Steel Sensation performed in Plymouth, and C&B Crown Cordaans delivered their presentation in Bon Accord.
