Scarborough, Tobago – With Christmas just a week away, sales in Tobago are reportedly down, according to Curtis Williams, Chairman of the Tobago Division of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
While the island is seeing a high volume of visitors, traditional Christmas sales have declined. However, Williams remains hopeful for a turnaround, indicating that a late surge in shopping could still boost the seasonal sales.
