Two suspects have been apprehended in connection with a robbery at Coop’s Car Wash in Lowlands Mall. The first suspect, a man of African descent, was identified through video footage showing him wearing a fisherman’s hat. The second suspect, a 21-year-old man of East Indian descent from Spring Warden Road, Point Fortin, was captured following surveillance efforts led by Sergeant Thomas. He is currently assisting police with investigations into other robbery cases in the division. The incident occurred on Wednesday, December 18th, 2024, when Coop’s Car Wash was targeted. During the robbery, a 26-year-old cashier was at her workstation when a sum of money was stolen.
