Scarborough, Tobago – October 10, 2024 – Girls at the Scarborough RC School were treated to an afternoon of empowerment today as the Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) hosted a special event for the International Day of the Girl Child.
The school’s principal stated that acknowledging and celebrating this day was important for the girls, as it showed them they could achieve anything. The event highlights a commitment to fostering a sense of empowerment and self-belief in young women from an early age, supporting their development and aspirations within the Tobago community.
