Division of Finance technical advisor Anslem Richards says there is progress in building out the Tobago Development Bank
Tobago’s economy has not been performing well, and the THA has shouldered heavy criticism as a result. However, Anselm Richards, Technical Advisor in the Division of Finance, Trade, and the Economy, stated that there is a lot of work happening in the background to improve Tobago’s economy, including progress on the establishment of the Tobago Development Bank.
