Scarborough, Tobago – February 14, 2024 – Containing the recent oil spill in Tobago has been “nothing short of a logistical nightmare,” according to the Tobago Emergency Management Agency (TEMA). Despite immense challenges, TEMA believes they have reached a point where the spill is now under control.
