Praedial Larceny a Problem

Scarborough, Tobago – The Moriah Police District hosted a town hall meeting at the Golden Lane Community Centre last night, part of a series of community engagements being conducted by the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service across the island.

During the meeting, one resident complained about praedial larceny, expressing fear for his farm and family due to the activities of criminal elements. Other attendees inquired about the use of marijuana, which has become a problem in some communities. The meeting provided a direct platform for residents to voice their security concerns and engage in dialogue with local law enforcement.
