PNM Tobago East Candidate Ayanna Webster-Roy Promises Free Pre-approved Town & Country Plans for 1st Time Home Owners

Scarborough, Tobago – The PNM is promising to make pre-approved Town and Country plans available to first-time homeowners looking to build two- and three-bedroom houses. The announcement was made by Tobago East candidate Ayanna Webster-Roy at a meeting in Charlotteville.

She said it’s one of the social welfare initiatives a PNM government aims to introduce over the next five years. The program is designed to simplify the construction process and make homeownership more accessible for citizens in Tobago and across the country.
