Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley has clarified his position regarding the Environmental Management Authority (EMA) and its role in the proposed hotel project at Rocky Point, Tobago. Addressing media reports, Dr. Rowley stated that he did not accuse the EMA of obstructing the process but highlighted how objectors use the EMA to hinder projects.
