PM Dr. Kieth Rowley condemns assassination attempt on former U.S. President
On Saturday, July 13th, an assassination attempt was made on former U.S. President Donald Trump at a rally in Pennsylvania. Trinidad and Tobago Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley expressed his concern for Trump, who sustained an injury to his right ear. Via his Facebook page, Dr Rowley stated that he stands with current U.S. President Joe Biden and Speaker Johnson in condemning the attempt on Trump’s life, which also endangered the public.
