PM Dr. Kieth Rowley condemns assassination attempt on former U.S. President
Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago – Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley expressed his concern following an assassination attempt on former U.S. President Donald Trump. The incident occurred on Saturday, July 13th, at a rally in Pennsylvania, where Trump sustained an injury to his right ear.
Via his Facebook page, Prime Minister Rowley stated his solidarity with current U.S. President Joe Biden and Speaker Johnson in condemning the attempt on Trump’s life. He also highlighted that the attack not only endangered the former President but also posed a significant threat to the public attending the rally.
