Plans for October carnival
Councillor Tashia Burris says the long-term plan is to privatize the Tobago October carnival.
Secretary of Tourism, Culture, Antiquities, and Transportation Councillor Tashia Burris was questioned on several matters during an interview on our morning programme today. One topic discussed was the upcoming Tobago October Carnival. Councillor Burris noted that Tobago is slowly moving toward allowing the private sector to manage the October Carnival.
