Petal-Ann Roberts has been appointed as the new Secretary of Finance, Trade, and the Economy, marking her as the first woman to hold this position. The announcement was made today during the debate in the Assembly Legislation on the THA Budget 2025. Roberts took her oath as a councilor following the declaration of vacancy of Certica Williams-Orr’s councilorship.
