Passengers Complain Of Poor Conditions On Blue Wave Harmony…

Frustrations are mounting among inter-island sea commuters following complaints regarding passenger conditions and the unavailability of private cabins aboard the seabridge’s dedicated cargo and passenger vessel, the MV Blue Wave Harmony.

The vessel, which was brought in to service the route between Port of Spain and Scarborough with expanded cargo and passenger amenities, has come under scrutiny as travellers report that onboard sleeping cabins remain locked and inaccessible during transit. While truck drivers and frequent commuters have voiced concerns over suspected maintenance oversights and service shortcomings, the Ministry of Works and Transport / Infrastructure has clarified that the restrictions are linked to mandated operational safety checks and internal security upgrades across the accommodation quarters.
