NTA blames TTPS app shut down for rising crime
N.T.A. says the dismantling of TTPS mobile is contributing to an upsurge in violent crime.
The National Transformation Alliance alleges there is a correlation between increased domestic violence and governmental actions affecting the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS). They criticize the shutdown of the TTPS App and online reporting and the weakening of the Gender-Based Violence Unit, suggesting they aid criminals in abusing women and children.
