The Division of Settlements, Public Utilities and Rural Development is developing a new framework for issuing housing grants. Secretary Ian Pollard stated this on the Good Morning Tobago show, where he pointed out that it became necessary after an Auditor General report pointed out some irregularities in the way grants were issued under the previous administration.
