NATIONAL CARNIVAL 2024 – TOBAGO’S CALENDAR OF EVENTS
Parade Grounds will be the home for the Inter Department show on February 1, followed by National Medium Bands finals which takes place on February 4, before returning to the same venue on February 6 for THA Pan Champs
The Tobago Festivals Commission Limited has unveiled the exciting calendar of events for National Carnival 2024 in Tobago, promising an unforgettable celebration of culture, music, and mas!
Get ready for a vibrant series of events leading up to the main street parades. The Parade Grounds will be a central hub, hosting the Inter Department Show on February 1st, followed by the National Medium Bands Finals on February 4th. Steelpan enthusiasts can look forward to the THA Pan Champs returning to the Parade Grounds on February 6th.
Young talent will shine at the Tobago Junior Monarch on February 9th at Goodwood Secondary School. The excitement continues for the little ones with Kiddies Carnival in Scarborough on February 10th, and then moving to Roxborough on February 11th.
Seniors will also have a full slate of activities to enjoy! Carnival Monday will feature traditional favorites like J’Ouvert, Ole Mas, Night Mas, and Traditional Mas. On Carnival Tuesday, spectators can anticipate the grand Senior Parade of Bands, the unique spectacle of Mud Mas, and the highly anticipated judging of Kings, Queens, and Individuals.
