Morris Says Destruction of Carnival is Deliberate
The destruction of Tobago’s national Carnival was a deliberate act by the current THA administration, according to Minority Leader Kelvon Morris. He believes the Farley Augustine-led administration is looking for an excuse to cancel the February events in favour of the Tobago October Carnival.
