Missing 14-year-old and one-year-old found in Tobago.
Missing 14-year-old Linel Noel and one-year-old Kayleb Noel from Point Fortin, Trinidad, were found in Tobago. Officers of the Child Protection Unit and the TTPS Tobago Division found the minors at a house in Scarborough. The TTPS stated that reports assured both children were safe and that the Children’s Authority was contacted. The children were reported missing on the 11th of September, 2024 at the Couva Police Station. The TTPS’s Special Victims Department is continuing investigations into this matter.
