Minority Councillor Petal Daniel-Benoit Calls for THA to Settle Debts
August 12, 2025 – With the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) receiving its largest budget allocations in history, the Minority is questioning whether those funds are being managed effectively. Minority Councillor, Petal Daniel-Benoit, slammed the THA for delayed payments to suppliers and service providers.
