Scarborough, Tobago – August 13, 2024 – Minister in the Ministry of National Security Keith Scotland met with the Tobago Business Community to discuss the island’s rising crime. Minister Scotland, who visited Tobago yesterday (August 12, 2024) and toured police stations across the island, was accompanied by Commissioner of Police, Erla Harewood-Christopher.
The Minister and the top Cop also met with stakeholders of the Tobago Business Community to discuss how the escalating crime could be dealt with. This meeting highlights a collaborative approach between national security leaders and the private sector to address the significant challenge of crime in Tobago.
