President of the Police Social and Welfare Association ASP Gideon Dickson has expressed concerns over the passage of the Miscellaneous Provisions (Testing and Identification) Bill, indicating that the association may seek legal advice to challenge it. The bill, passed with bipartisan support last Friday, establishes a regulatory framework for polygraph testing, drug testing, and biometric data collection across various public sectors.
