Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago – Mickela Panday, political leader of the Patriotic Front, says her party represents the only true alternative to the PNM and the UNC for the 2025 General Elections. While she does not have a full slate of candidates for the election, Panday insists that her party is not founded on race or division, but on unity. She maintains that in a time when the population is yearning for change, there is no such thing as a safe seat.
In her address, Panday also outlined a nine-pillar plan aimed at securing a brighter future for Trinidad and Tobago. The plan includes the creation of safe zones and a push for greater food security. Additionally, she highlighted strategies for strengthening the economy as a key component of her party’s vision for national development. If elected, these are the plans and policies she hopes to implement.
