Scarborough, Tobago – In a video posted to social media last Monday, Kezel Jackson, the political leader of the All People’s Party (APP), claimed that her party’s manifesto had been stolen by the People’s National Movement (PNM).

She alluded to a proposal for digitizing the healthcare system through specialised software that would allow first responders to access patients’ medical histories. Jackson explained that the information could be retrieved by simply tapping a card. She also expressed a lack of confidence in the Elections and Boundaries Commission.
